亞洲物聯網聯盟（AIoTA）執行長李國憲博士候選人，率領國際知識創新與發明協會（IIKII）團隊日前前往關島，拜會關島大學校長Anita Borja Enriquez、資深副校長暨教務長Sharleen Santos-Bamba、全球學習與交流處主任Carlos R. Taitano，並與關島觀光局局長暨執行長Régine Biscoe Lee 及關島鐵人協會理事長兼關島銀行副總裁David Torre 會面交流。
Hagatna, Guam – Dr. Candidate Kuo-Hsien Lee, Executive Director of the Asia IoT Alliance (AIoTA), led a delegation from the International Institute of Knowledge, Innovation and Invention (IIKII) to Guam. The team met with University of Guam President Anita Borja Enriquez, Senior Vice President and Provost Sharleen Santos-Bamba, Director of Global Learning & Engagement Carlos R. Taitano, as well as Guam Visitors Bureau President & CEO Régine Biscoe Lee and David Torre, President of the Guam Triathlon Federation and Vice President at Bank of Guam.

Dr. Candidate Kuo-Hsien Lee (center), Executive Director of AIoTA, with David Torre (third from left), President of the Guam Triathlon Federation and Vice President at Bank of Guam.本次行程主要目標是籌備將於 2026年在關島盛大舉辦的ICCBE國際學術研討會，並結合國際青年創業論壇（International Youth Entrepreneurship Forum），開創國際學術與產業合作的新篇章。
The visit focused on preparing for the ICCBE International Conference, to be held in Guam in 2026, alongside the International Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, to foster global academic and industry collaboration.

這也是國際傑人會（Distinguished Citizens Society, DCS）首次將活動移師海外舉行，別具歷史意義。主辦單位計畫結合水陸兩項運動（游泳＋路跑），把國際會議與觀光旅遊、體育賽事相結合，提升國際交流層次，並打造「學術＋產業＋運動觀光」的多元平台。
This marks the first time that the Distinguished Citizens Society (DCS) will host such an event overseas, making it a milestone for the organization. The conference will also integrate aquathlon events (swimming + running), elevating the international exchange to a new level that combines academic forums, entrepreneurship, tourism, and sports.

李國憲博士候選人表示，希望透過此次國際會議，不僅強化台灣與關島的學術與產業鏈結，更促進區域合作，帶動觀光旅遊與在地經濟，並推動更多產學合作機會。
Dr. Candidate Lee emphasized that this international conference aims to strengthen academic and industry ties between Taiwan and Guam, foster regional collaboration, boost tourism and local economic development, and create more opportunities for industry-academic partnerships.
大會近日亦特別於關島舉辦前導交流活動，以國際青年創業論壇為核心，邀請產業專家、在地企業與青年創業者對話，為2026年的盛會提前暖身，深化合作能量。
The delegation also hosted a preparatory exchange event in Guam, centered on the International Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, bringing together industry experts, local enterprises, and young entrepreneurs for dialogue. This served as an early warm-up for the 2026 grand event, further strengthening collaboration and momentum.
